Mother Nature Steals The Show

After a very long day in the hot sun we would end up being disappointed as Mother Nature had plans of her own.

Our day would start off by loading the trailer and preparing for what looked like a great race day. Hours later we arrived at the track anticipating tonight’s race. We would practice the car twice and finish time trials. The drivers meeting would commence as many of us held our breath watching lightening off in the distance. Shortly after 6 PM Mother Nature decided to put on a show of her own. The skies would darken and before long rain poured from the heavens. Lightening danced across the skies and tonight’s events would end.

Needless to say, we got rained out!
