Tonights race required precession, patience and was filled with emotion.
The racing line-up would be determined by points due to bad weather, and not enough time to qualify. Dave is the current point leader, which required him to start at the back of the field.
Dave would work his way up
through the field and land the second spot before a race incident
would cause him to spin out on lap 19. After having to restart
again in the back of the field, he would make a hard charge to
the front and finish the race in 2nd.

In Mini Stocks, Paul Green notched his fourth win of the season. Green started fifth and got around Keith Riley for the lead in lap six and then held off hard-charging Dave Daniels in the closing laps.
"Dave was coming strong," Green said. "I had to drive the wheels off the car to stay out front."
Daniels was second. After getting together with Scotty Gore in lap 19, he was able to come back and take second by passing Riley in lap 20.
"We had a phenomenal race," Daniels said. "My dad made it possible by working on the car so hard."
