Some have remarked on the lack of
press and recognition for the Mini Modified Division.
These drivers are dedicated and work equally as hard as any other
driver on the track.
I therefore provide a brief article and numerous photos to showcase
this division and others.

Today's weather was picture perfect
for racing!
Congratulations
to tonight's winner #44 Mike Carte
Practice would feature former U Car driver, Amber Abrams debuting
her #57 Mini Modified.
It would also bring out the veteran Mini Stock driver, Jimmy Pritt,
who has not been behind
the wheel in almost 15 years. Unfortunately, Pete Green in the
#11 would blow a motor and end
his chances for a feature win in tonight's event.
Dave would qualify on the pole at
17.63. The field would be inverted, which
placed him in the 6th position. Unfortunately, one of the drivers
missed a shift on the start of
the race, which had Dave playing catch-up.
He drove the car as if he stole it; bringing home the #34 in second
place.
Dave showed remarkable patience and restraint, which still makes
him your
NASCAR Old Dominion Speedway Mini Modified point leader.
