Cool temps would
results in a slick track and fast race.
After a long
winter many drivers were hungry for the smell of rubber and their
need for speed! They would not disappoint their fans. The Legends
field would offer the largest class throughout the evening. It
would also prove to be the most competitive with the least amount
of incidents.

Dave would start
the field on the outside front row and ran second for a few laps.
He would then slip back to third where he would be out muscled
by Roger Austin Jr. Later he would fall back to a solid 5th place
position, where he and Matt Cannon drove a fierce, competitive
race. Both drivers were intense and offered a great show for the
fans! Dave would round out the night with a 5th place finish and
also pick up his first Semi Pro win of the season.
