Dave would make his debut in his #34 Modified car at
Old Dominion Speedway.

He qualified 2nd for tonight’s event.

First lap – 17.570
Second Lap - 17.490
Speed - 77.187

Dave would lead for seven laps until he was out motored by
the double zero (00) of Scotty Gore. The (11) car would also out
motor Dave, who would round out the night in 4th place.

This year’s competition has already proven to be stiff.

In Mini Stocks, Scotty Gore grabbed the win. Gore,
after qualifying first, started fifth and snatched the lead from
Dave Daniels in lap seven. Gore held off Paul Green
after he took second from Daniels.

Greene was second, Carte third, Daniels fourth and Keith Riley fifth.
