The King George 2006 Awards Banquet was a nice way to end the season and reminisce with family and friends. The banquet offered some surprises, Dave would win the Future Star Award, which was totally unexpected! He was humbled and speechless, which does not happen very often.

The evening started with a prayer, dinner, and then Mrs. Pool would briefly go over the past year events and explain what to expect for the 2007 season. The room was full of excitement as competitors eagerly awaited their names to be called to accept their awards.

All good things must come to an end!
With that being said, the Danco Race Team will be moving on to Legends Cars and expect an exciting year.

We would like to thank Keith and Patty Pool for giving us the opportunity to race at their fine facility and for their dedication to the sport!
